A proven track record as a trusted arbitrator includes successfully resolving and mediating a diverse range of conflicts across various regions, which has led to valuable insights into different legal systems. Roles as Chairman, Sole Arbitrator, Co-Arbitrator, and Counsel with esteemed arbitration institutions have provided the expertise necessary to ensure fair and efficient resolutions in domestic and international arbitration.

Current Role

Currently provides contract advice, contract administration, and dispute support for the Broadway Subway Project in Vancouver, Canada, to ensure the effective execution of the contracts for the city’s most significant and most extensive budget infrastructure project. The emphasis is on upholding and safeguarding contractual interests throughout the project's duration. Furthermore, contracts are reviewed and managed to foresee and address claims and dispute processes proactively.

Ph.D. in International Arbitration 

In addition to practical experience, a Ph.D. in International Arbitration from the Università degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza, has developed a comprehensive understanding of International Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. The practical experience, combined with a solid academic background, has contributed to the legal education as a Law Professor during 15 years in Contract Law, International Arbitration and Commercial Law. Publications in reputable legal journals reflect a commitment to advancing academic discourse in International Arbitration, International Contractual Law and Disputes Resolution.​
